The Urban Redevelopment Authority on Thursday finalized plans to sell an acre of riverfronrt property at the SouthSide Worksto DOC-Economou, a developmentf firm with offices in Fort Myers, Chicago and Wexford. "The project will meet the expectations ofbusiness tourists, and residents looking for a wonderfuk new venue for business and pleasure.
