Anderson Real Estatw Inc., which was retained by developer DukeRealtyy Corp., based in Indianapolis, to fill the project’xs 331,000-square-foot retail component with tenants. “I thinkj it’s even going to draw from way outsides of Minneapolisand St. Paul,” Fallon said. “That’sz the idea behind it.
” Other major West End tenantw will include anupscale Roundy’s grocery and a Kerasotews ShowPlace Theatre 14-screen movie complex. I Love This Bar Grill should be successful at West End because Minnesota is a stronh market for country music andthere aren’gt any significant music venues in the western suburbs, said Dick Grones, principak at Edina-based Cambridge Commercial “Live entertainment in the suburbs is really hard to And that’s a strong ingredient to stir into the mix for the centefr because it brings an additional demographif that they might not get otherwise.
” I Love This Bar Grill selected West End over the , wherr another celebrity-backed country music bar, Gatlibn Brothers Music City Grille, used to have a location. Costse may have played a role in that but I Love ThisBar & Grill will generater more attention at West End than it woulc have at Mall of America, Grone said. “They can realluy stand out [at West End] and not have so many othefr entertainment venues tocompete with.
